• Should have trouble shooting and problem solving skills • Good knowledge of Capital goods industry equipment preferably in construction industry. • Pre commissioning and commissioning of block/brick making machines or similar. • Provide technical training , supervision of the plant staff before and after the installation. • Write technical reports associated with it. • Have intermediate skills in Microsoft application such as word, excel and power point. • Providing installation at customers site. • Reads and review layouts and drawings and other documentation for startups. • Identifies root causes of product performance and proposes solutions • Builds customer relationships in a professional manner through solution-oriented communication and service, providing both on-site and telephone support.
