Manager - Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for candidates to work as Asst Manager/ Manager sales to be based out of Mumbai. Ideal candidates should possess strong sales management experience.as well as deep knowledge of sales from his experience as a individual contributor. The person is required for west region territory which includes Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Goa. However, in the event of his career he can be relocated to any other place in India. Responsibilities:

  • Organizing prospect meetings and displaying excellent presentation skills.
  • Conducting fortnightly forecast meetings
  • Reporting on all aspects of the business to National sales head.
  • Consistently monitoring sales offerings and tracking the results.
  • Be accountable for the attainment of assigned new customer acquisition.
  • Working closely with other teams’ members in factory to drive market awareness.

DESIRED PROFILE

  • 5+ years of sales experience in an individual contributor and management role.
  • Must have a proven track record of success, driving revenue growth and increased profitability.
  • Proven ability to build sales pipeline through effectively hunting, prospecting, cold calling, networking and lead generation activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by building personal credibility and solid trust
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline development and management.
  • A creative, out of the box thinker.
  • Must be analytical and metrics driven through all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment is a MUST
  • Motivated and comfortable working in office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship building skills
